RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, with their packaging and seal intact.

For hygiene and health safety reasons, cosmetic products and food supplements that have been unsealed, opened or used cannot be taken back or exchanged, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

Procedure

Contact us at sanae@ikkobelgique.be, stating your order number and the items concerned. We will let you know the procedure to follow within 24 working hours.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or the error is ours.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the payment method used for the order.

Damaged product or order error

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, shipping costs included.
