What are your shipping times and costs?
Delivery in Belgium via bpost, in 1 to 3 working days: €4.95, free from €45. Your order is shipped the next working day. Weekend orders are shipped at the start of the week.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bancontact, bank cards, and other methods offered at the time of payment. Payments are secure and processed by Shopify Payments.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, only unopened products with the seal intact can be returned. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Write to us within 48 hours at sanae@ikkobelgique.be, with photos as proof: we will replace or refund you, including shipping costs.
How to use the anti-hair loss oil for women?
Use it 1 to 2 times a week, before shampooing. Warm a few drops between your hands and massage the scalp from forehead to nape. Leave-on time is up to you and adapts to your preferences; follow the instructions on the packaging, then wash with your shampoo.
How long does it take to see if a routine is working?
It depends on the individual and consistency. Hair grows slowly: a routine should be judged after several weeks of regular use.
Do the products comply with European regulations?
Yes. The cosmetics sold on this site are notified on the European CPNP portal, which is mandatory for any product placed on the market in the European Union. The formulas are paraben-free.
Should a test be performed before the first use?
We recommend a patch test (on the inside of the elbow, 24 hours prior) before first use. In case of a reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
